Nyinkka Nyunyu Identity
Celebrating Warumungu land, culture, history and language
A refreshed identity has occurred for the reopening of Nyinkka Nyunyu, Art and Culture Centre in 2018. Located in Tennant Creek, Central Australia, the Centre celebrates Warumungu land, culture, history and language. The identity incorporates a drawing of the Nyinkka (Spikey-tailed Goanna) and typography by Warumungu artists originally commissioned in 2003. The colours reflect the expansive desert landscape of the area.
