Reconnect is an early intervention program focusing on young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Accessible design resources were needed for a series of forums attended by staff working at Reconnect services around Australia. The forums provide a plain English ‘toolkit’ and process allowing staff to share insights, learn and provide input into the structure of the program.
A cork pin board provides a backdrop for the design of the publications. Pictures and notes are pinned to the board to represent the dialogue and staff input to the program.
